Looks like you switched back and forth between David and Steven a few times in the story as the name of the protagonist. Decent effort over all though.

The thing that goes underappreciated about you, EnCarta, is that you're a fantastic storyteller. Sure, your stories are sexy and intense, but it's more than that. In this particular story, the details to set up the plot were great. The Slavic translation of Romani. Uncle. Family coming over. So much mystery. But what I was really astounded with was how you got in the mind of the kids, talking about the wonder of opening up the treasure box, and reawakening the first response every time they came across it. You consistently earn high ratings, but I still think you are one of the most underappreciated writers on this site. I'm just thankful I didn't have to wait another year again for your next story. I appreciate all of your contributions, and this story arc may end up being my favorite one from you, yet, which is saying something.
