You don’t capitalize ‘he’. It’s not the first word of a new sentence it’s an attribution. This is just the most glaring example of awful grammar.

Ask you teacher to proof read.

I can summarize this story very easily for everyone. Basically he's nothing more than a breeding tool to an alien race. He's going to get his hopes up then they will be smashed. Then he will wake up one day not remembering any of it and go on being miserable and die alone.

Had to have been, since all the males on her planet were wiped out by 'the disease'. I didn't catch it, at first, either. It was a few paragraphs later, when I realized it.
