1) Oscar did not know. That's all I'm going to say for now.

2) The next chapter is related to the interlude. It's halfway done at this moment. A lot of people didn't like the interlude but it served a purpose.

3) I'm violently ill and my writing is suffering because of it. So please bear with me. I think 14 will be up within a week.
