Aidan fell asleep clutching the hand drawn portrait. When she awoke the sun was just hidden below the horizon casting beautiful orange/red glow across the sky. Aidan quickly donned her favorite dress of red silk, threw on her cape and bonnet then left for the theater just as the last orange/red rays were disappearing. The previous night had left her in no mood to perform and in truth she would have prefered to remain hidden, but a contract was a contract. Hopefully Erik would leave as she had requested. It would be the easiest thing.
