Writing is very good except for one thing, a nitpick. Please read Strunk & White or Modern English Usage on *punctuation*. Specifically, learn when to use a semicolon instead of a comma. There are also some places which need commas and have no punctuation. Make the punctuation standard, and you will be writing professional publication quality material!

That was a great story of a submissive relationship that was not forced. Mr. Stone still respected Sarah even after he caught her in a compromising position. I feel that he will 'use' her for their mutual pleasure. Awaiting Chapter 2.
