If he @ 15yrs is basically/apparently the oldest of the 4 kids (with Sonia being the only possible exception)... Then this is basically a bunch of men raping pre-teens/teenages. In fact, a lot of stories by this author features a "little sister" or "daughter" of unspecified but questionable age. Kinda disturbing.
