Don't take it this the wrong way but this story is just senseless and so obvious that it's literally pointless at this point and they haven't even met in person yet.

I never comment but, ignore the other comment, I really like the story. I look forward to more parts of the story in the future. Great job!

Thank you both so much for your feedback.

Anonymous, I'm so happy that you're enjoying the story and looking forward to future chapters. Thank you for the pat on the back.

Xhristianj, I pondered your comment for some time. I'm genuinely curious, how do you think the future chapters will go? I admit, this isn't a murder mystery. It's a slow burn romance (that's why I put it here in the novel section). I really wanted to write something that would let the reader get to know the characters and fall in love with them. I'd love to hear your thoughts, or anyone else's who reads this, on how they think things will unfold. And by all means, I hope you all come back for more and leave future comments if the story met your expectations or predictions. Long stories like this have a very precipitous drop off after chapter one, so it's just us happy few here in the comment section. ;)

Most excellent! Ginny needed to get a taste of the bad in order to truly appreciate what she had. My ex wife just recently wrote on her Facebook page "Lower your expectations and you won't be disappointed." Maybe on some level she realizes now that she walked out on the best 26 years of her life for the pig that she's engaged to now. I'm laughing my ass off at her stupidity. 5/5

OH!!! By the way, I knew that Ginny was going to absolutely love her mocha that Brent made. So even if she loses the postcard, she's going to go to the quirky little shop that makes her coffee exactly the way that she likes it made.

I see two runaway trains heading towards each other on the same stretch of track!

ScottishTexan: You're picking up on that foreshadowing. Your comment gets 5 stars!

Tom is a complete selfish asshole and just pissed all over poor Ginny--AND it was VERY painful to read both her experience and what she thought about the entire thing. I don't think you missed a single thing which completed her revulsion--and made me feel it, too. So now if she isn't totally into finding Beau...it'll never happen! However, I'm sure she will now since she at least noticed the postcard (but didn't read it). 5

I just noticed you had put this story in the Novels and Novellas. Silly me as I should have realized it after the first two chapters. Continue the burn, Ginny realizing her first time was better than her next. Glad she saw Tom for the asshole he is. Great story. 5⭐
