Love when justice is served. His caring and love is rewarded with a lovely wife and life
I gave it a high mark, but Dave needs to work on being a little less clinical in his story telling. This story reads a bit like series of diary entries.
A good story but as said earlier the writing is a little too sharp, a little too factual. Still a good 5
Hallmark worthy, to say the least. I think Shelly was a bit too quick to jump into bed with her "savior" but otherwise I was able to buy into the remaining plot lines. 4.5*
You know people so far these are the best comments I have received on my stories.
Demosthenes384bc I understand your comment, But remember Shelly had been living in the house as an "...almost-family atmosphere. ... "
I felt that 6 months living with an eligible CARING loving man should had awaken, some strong feelings within both of them, I think so. Thanks for the comment
Demosthenes384bc also I did not want Sam to be too old. If I had waited longer he could reach the mid teens which is harder to pinpoint behavior. I still wanted Sam to still be kind of innocent. I have found the age of innocence ends about 15. I discovered girls at 15 so I used that as my age of innocence end. Thanks again for your comment. 👍
A really good story! Has romance, has good characters, has happy ending, has justice for all the criminals (except for DA, pity!).
AMAZING! very well written. it felt like i knew the characters personally. i enjoyed that it didnt just jump into sex with them.
