I so hope The Spirit plan on putting a hurt on Brandon because Lily is too much of a coward to stand up to him. I don't understand why she continue to be scared of Brandon.

It's not just fear it's shame. One of the hardest things for a victim(survivor) to do is admit the abuse. Having other people know what happend to you, what they feel they let happened to them, is like drowning in humiliation. Saying it out loud is painful, and no matter if society says it's not your fault, you and some people will still blame you. The questions, the accusations are like living it all over again. Lily has to decide enough is enough and maybe the spirit will help her to know that the shame is not her burden.

Thank holy jeebus you're an author that actually updates! Words cannot describe how much I love this series! The characters, the themes, the Spirit... All so intriguing and mystical! I hope the Spirit kicks Brandon's ass, and drops him off right in front of Vanessa!

It's almost 2 am. I have to get up to go to work in like 3 hours. I could not stop reading. This is just so freaking awesome. I am Lily. Well, except for the whole spirit thing. So many times, abuse just kind of gets the "oh, your love totally fixed everything, and one set down was enough to make it stop" while your writing... That's the sick, painful reality.

Why is it Lily can stand up to Nicholas and the Spirit but not Brandon? Why is it she can be herself and honest with Nicholas but changes with others? Not even completely truthful with the Spirit until forced?

Lily may have grown up some, but she is still allowing past actions of others to rule her. How come she doesn't ask for help in dealing with Brandon?

Are you, as the author, REALLY going to make us wait until November? Talk about abusing the privilege of having fans...yes, this was selfishly said (No you are not allowed to have a life of your own, only to please your readers, NOW HURRY UP AND POST SOMETHING...lol)

I'm waiting in torment waiting for an update on this story. I only found it after my constant search for another story about a ghost/demon who torments a girl, the only person who can see him, threatening her family unless she plays along with his lustful/twisted needs. He eventually coerces her brother to be in on it as well. I sure as hell can't track down that story anymore and it's KILLING me to wait for this one...but wait I must...:curses:

It happens to the best of writers. NaNoWriMo is more of a stress than a motivator to write but deadass November 30th is in 3 days and I'm hoping you'll drop a chapter with a real sex scene of some sort.
