I know what i have to do now that i have caught up with the writer and that is to wait for the next chapter.
No matter what you do please don't stop now.
Those data files of all the victims, they will now know who paid for the hit that Yamamoto interrupted that lead to the death of his family. Surely one of the next things on Johns list would be to enable his teacher to get revenge/closure on the person who is indirectly responsible. (its also an excuse that will enable John to finally meet his teacher face to face)
John has made Alyssa a full blown Progenitor. Why can't Alyssa just tell John and Dana about the Progen tech?
We will probably know what kind of full-blown progenitor Alyssa actually is in the next chapters. But you are right at hinting that there should be something significant. I mean think of all the stuff Athena was reticent in telling John before.
Matt.
Took me a while to read C83 and C84. Its been a busy couple of weeks. I'm reading them anyway because of my previously articulated annoyance with the Faye and Athens situation. Nice twist with Faye and keen to read that conversation with John later. Athena a bit of compromise between those who said she must be absorbed and those who said find her a body. You sir, have the wisdom of Solomon! None of us are completely happy but we'll take it! A bit disappointed with Carl Weber, he initially seemed rational but know he seems to have let fear take root and isn't as rational before. I expected his reaction from Buckingham. Whilst he had been uneasy and wary, with good reason, he seems to have abandoned the evidence in front of him. Ah well, we shall see. Nice touch not giving us the name of the guy who made the contract for John. Great 2 chapters! Whitewhalehunter
I think John's guide a.k.a. PG-John has gone rogue because John did things it was not capable of doing.
First John created Alyssa as an progenitor like himself from an ordinary Terran girl - yes, I know she was smart then, resourceful enough to escape Karron and it's social environment - and created Athena for her needs. Athena can not be used to train John, because he is to different from Alyssa. He was born as a halfbreed between a Terran woman an a Progenitor male, who created PG-John at John's birth and was given the racial knowledge of the Progenitors and - this is more important - the cultural and sociological values of the Progenitor race.
Alyssa's guide was created with a Terran background, because John's upbringing included the Terran cultural an social values - and that is why she was able to incorporate Athena into her mind as an individual, who is separated from Alyssa's mind and can not control her body (may be in an emergency??).
The confrontation of PG-John and John on the astral plane will be terrible. It will be a meeting between two sets of values which are not compatible and it is why PG-John would overwhelm Edraele, because he knew she would be his matriarch and be his slave forever. PG-John has not been able to learn from John the values of the Terran people - which is different than the values of the Terran Administrating Powerholders a.k.a. the Admirality - and it may be not capable of doing so.
I used the word "terrible" because it is a meeting which will end in the death of one "mind" - and that is presumable PG-John - but it will not be bloody because it is fought out on the Astral Plane, but John will be hurt, both physically and mentally. I do not know how Allysa/Athena, Edraele and Rachel can help him, but the crew will need to be on standby to help John recover.
There is however one snag: the Admirality is going nuts over what John meant when he destroyed Mikaboshi's lair. This may (read will) cause some problems, especially when John is preparing for the showdown with PG-John.
On Ch77, it says ""Such a time is upon us again," Vekrok growled, his four fists clenching at the thrilling thought.
It had been months ago that the Dark One had made his presence known and they had sealed their bargain. The Dark One had announced that he'd eliminated Overlord Okug as a potential challenger, removing one of the most dangerous thorns in Vekrok's side. Okug had been popular, well connected, and a strong warrior, which meant a challenge from him was risky on multiple levels."
But John has killed Okug on CH29. Is the Dark One taking credit for John's actions?
don't appear to be the universes brightest space faring race. and "Well i shipped Okug to the far side of space and had him killed" sounds like a good excuse not to be eaten by the very hungry caterpillar of the quadrant (not that it wouldn't turn into a drakar stomping mess if they tried)
How many men are called John is a short answer.
Maybe there was a famous Drakar named Okug after which many were named...
"Is the Dark One taking credit for John's actions?"
Yep!
He was working with Okug beforehand, but when John wasted him, the Dark One started manipulating Vekrok instead.

The high command is so used to working for power just to have power, they can't fathom someone working for power just to make themselves safe from the first group.
Lynette knows she plays games to get control just so she's top of the food chain... without obviously considering what would be next. And figures the same of John...
John just wants him and his to be safe... too bad for the admiralty that their actions could become a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Another great chapter... (I intentionally put off reading it to heighten my suspense...)
I'd like to see how the team would react if the reporter betrays them, cheats on John, or turns out to be working for the Admirals.
She's biased as it is, i wouldnt hire her, any viewer could see that she has a thing for the lion; so any praise or comment from her holds little weight.
'The high command is so used to working for power just to have power, they can't fathom someone working for power just to make themselves safe from the first group. .
John just wants him and his to be safe... too bad for the admiralty that their actions could become a self-fulfilling prophecy. '
Hell, yeah. That is a slippery slope, too. Pretty soon anyone or any government on that path uses that to justify holding the power and won't give it up. John has the capability of not realizing when he has become just like those he fights. Be wary when fighting monsters, lest you become one yourself.
The best chapter to date. I love it when the bad guys pay the price.
Really hard to say that the last two chapters have been the best of this epic. So many previous have been so great in this Galactic GOT. But, must say that this has to be a pinnacle so far in the plot and bringing so many loose ends to closure. Moreover, the continuing characterization of the ladies is so individually unique and absorbing. Bravo, Bravo, and Bravo.
Truly one of the most absorbing epics on this or any site. Enough said. Now to just get the lovely Faye ❤️ sorted out.
What more would a reader want? Best story I've read yet on Literotica. I tip my hat to you Tefler, well done.
"When she released him, he toppled over with a clang, smoke pouring from every orifice, including his melted eye-sockets."
... a good eye-melting. Kudos to Tefler for recognizing that inevitable fact.
There are three on my list:
Mad Jonah, Seb Mortimer, or Commander Rupert Grant.
I believe it to be one of the five admirals at the table during the TFNN exclusive, based on their reactions
Why the fuck would Jonah want to kill John ? Makes no sense.
Also. John would have been shocked out of his mind if it was Jonah, and he wasn't.
,.. and you don't mess around with John! (or any of his lionesses)
John is bad to piss off but the girls, especially, Alyssa, are way scarier.
'Alyssa hesitated for a moment then said, "There's no guarantee they were heading straight for his base when we intercepted them, but if they were, there are five star systems they could have potentially been aiming for." She tapped in some more entries on the map and the five systems were highlighted. "He could have been heading for: Alpha Centauri, GJ 1061, GI 628, Kapten's Star, or Epsilon Indi. Alpha Centauri is a triple star system, so that's actually eight stars in total."'
Five star systems, and one is a triple. 5 + 2 = 7. You don't add 3 because the star Alpha Centauri (Centauri A) is already incorporated in the "Five star systems" count.
Epsilon Indi is also a triple star system, so that makes 9 stars, because again we only add two.
Also, Kapten's Star is actually Kapteyn's Star, and Gl 628 is probably meant to be GJ 628, or Wolf 1061.
They are all dumb. If he really wanted to kill them they'd be dead and they should know it with the level of operations he's carried out including ground missions.
That explains why Sakura was the only unwilling participant in Mikaboshi's assassination clan. She was an art project...
How long does John's cum last in his girls tummys? I have been perplexed by his fractional loads still lasting for hours in his girls,.. when it has been stated that even Alyssa can absorb his full load (about 4 pints) in a few hours, ( let's assume 2 to 4 hours),.. I had been assuming that a smaller dose, ( 4 pints divided into 8 tummy's equal about 1/2 pint per girl),.. and yet they still remain connected for at least an hour or two during various battles, etc,.. So, a smaller dose does NOT get absorbed faster than a larger dose of cum, but is consumed over the same amount of time, 2 to 4 hours,.. Psychic stuff doesn't work like fuel in a cars tank, but more like a stop watch, marking the time of the connection,.. I had thought that a girl with only a half pint or less in her, would only be connected to John a few minutes, like 20 minutes or so,.. but the stories don't follow that,.. they stay able to be healed well into a battle scene, an hour or so,.. Therefore it must be that a half pint dose and a full load of 4 pints would last the same amount of time in a tummy,.. a girl likely really only needs the larger volume of John's spunk while growing in mass, height, bones, and muscles. :-) TTFN
On my reread i found the number of seized assets seem too low. John made almost the same amount on one ore trade and bought the Invictus for half the Price. And Mikaboshi had years to make the most of his money even if he invested in Property, Ships and Personnel. I found irritating my mind reading maybe change it to a few Billions in available Assets?
I should have been more patient with my earlier comment. Nice job with the Lenarrans. Love the tech, game theory and interactions among the crew.
On this re-read (my 6th or so) I finally noted something that Alyssa said regarding Athena, and that was that Athena was a part of Alyssa's mind and they could therefore Not make her a separate body, neither mechanical nor organic, ... I missed that point the first few times through, sigh, smh, ... :-( TTFN
I have read this story several times and just noticed on this reread. The cyborg leader had a brain in his head in this chapter, but he swapped his head several chapters ago. After the battleship fiasco, he removed his entire head. I guess that one just slipped by me, Tefler, and the editors. It's still a great read, I hope we get more chapters soon. Thanks.
Well, they finally wiped out Mikaboshi and the rest of his killer cyborg, ninja's, .... I bet that was a fun time for the Invictus's crew, ... and Athena was not absorbed, Alyssa saved her, ... and the Quad and Penta shaped armor are now going to be Octo-shaped (immune to lasers), ... and soon the Invictus's beam lasers will double in power too, to pulsed Photon beam Lasers, .... Photon Lasers for short, .... and the Lion and his Lionesses are super popular, Duh! ...

Great visual!
The two assassins were slammed into each other as the sound of tortured metal filled the air, warring with the two men's screams of horror as Alyssa... merged them.
