I realize the theme of this story involves several unusual "interests," even under the topic of fetishes. It addresses quite well the pleasure that some people feel from holding off a bowel movement, letting the desperation build, sometimes hanging on till the last minute, and the inevitable "miscalculations" which result from such practices.
