Well, I am definitely not a top, so my understanding might be wrong. From my pov, what Kieth try to say is that Scott intended to upgrade their session as he might not satisfy the narrator. Well, most anons feared that Scott started to trade the narrator and one day he might dump him as he felt bored.

I am not aware of what end the author wishes. It might be sad and mesirable. But I want to notice that most authors publish their works in this website because they do not want to be judged.
