These two chapters have made up an enjoyable little fantasy tale but it all seemed to go too quickly. For instance, we learned practically nothing about the Dark Wizard, his minions and his schemes or purposes---you could have done a lot there. Taking your time and doing a fair bit of work, you could expand this considerably and for the better. Give it a try.
