Damn what a great author. My emotions at the end of the chapter are all over the place. This truly is the best story I've read on this site in any genre. The only thing I don't quite get is everytime something happens with Johnny everyone is like ow let's back off and not push him, then in the next sentence they are flirting with him or trying to touch or play with him. I get the dynamic of the family in the story but they never stop pushing. Honestly I think the best thing that could happen for johnny would be for him and Annie to go live with Janus for awhile get their relationship stable then come back to the family if he wants.

I know it is normal for John to see Annie as Julia right now and that Annie is accepting of the fact, however I would ask you to make John realise that he is actually making love to Annie and not Julia. Otherwise I don't think he will be fully be able to move on from Julia and to be honest, it isn't exactly fair to Annie to have this as a very long term condition. The final decision is of course upto you and I will be waiting for the next chapter very eagerly. Hope that you and your family is safe during this time

In the 3-5 chapters, I thought Julia was a hallucination brought on by John’s mind to help him cope with his trauma in the asylum. That’s until I read the scene where he meets with Julia’s dad. I kind of equated it to the movie A Beautiful Mind with Russel Crow. Actually I’m surprised that John hasn’t had hallucinations since he (if I read it correctly) schizo-affective disorder. 🤔 Didn’t he start the story with OCD?? Anyway, I’m wondering if there’s going to be a chapter on the orderly who’s up for parole. It would be interesting to see if John had any other significant friends there or if other “patients” could shed some light on other things (plot devices, twists, and new storylines). You have an open storyline with Janus and her pregnancy. Of course, John is in NO shape to be a daddy, so I’m not sure when you are coming back to this or where that is going. The wedding chapters should be interesting too considering that John is going to be exposed to more people and not all of them have changed their opinion like Wanda(?) has. Will that drive him to crazy town or will he develop a coping mechanism (rough dominant sex?) to deal with it? I can go on, but there’s more to read still and you, Soul, may have already addressed some of these questions

Bruh I was listening to Sunflower by Rex Orange County as I was reading this. It goes really well with Unbelievable. Like, really really, well. I feel like the author made this story go go along with it.

It’s good stuff. Don’t care much for the family at this point maybe they redeem themselves. You can’t make something very special when at least 3 other guys get same treatment. The love can be different and special but these special sexual treatments for only male family members don’t come off as special. Especially when he is the last of 4 guys to receive it. Everything else in the story is very good.

I am now moving on to chapter 7 and I am just curious on when the explanation of how this all began finally happens. How did the family sharing start? Will they tell Johnny/us how it all started or will they just leave that question unanswered or did I miss it somewhere some how?

One of the running themes in this series I think you're shooting for is sexual healing. And not just the song.

But I'm thinking that has to come from Janus and to a lesser extent Annie.

Katherine (the mom) is a self fulfilling prophecy of throwing spanners in the works. I feel she and the rest of the women aside from Janus and Annie are a bit like 80's Saturday morning cartoon villains: single minded purpose, 2D cardboard personalities. "See big dick. Want big dick".

I've got 4 chapters left to go. It's probably not going to happen, but I kinda hope Johnny and Janus end up together. They're both broken, yet in a way they're helping / healing each other.

Ok this was heavy your on the right track finally let's keep it that way however your saying that the damage is permanently done and that it would do more damage to him the more he remembers that's not true it's the brain resetting it self basically it's healing itself which has been known to happen when it becomes so damaged it can't function properly so it needs to keep happening until he remembers everything the brain is a muscle one of strongest in the body it can and will eventually heal itself just going to take time
