"Thanks but I have other plans, that don't happen to involve a succubus tonight."

"Shame, we are usually the life of the party."

"That's the problem most of the time isn't it. You're the only ones alive at the end of a party."

"Now that's a little harsh." Myrla said pouting, "It's not our fault you mortals are so fragile. Although in order to keep that girl Bethany around I'm sure you've got some skill in the bedroom, care to test it out on a real woman?"

"Please Myrla, you're no more woman than I am a normal human."

"True, true." She said tapping her cheek thoughtfully.

"Which brings me to my next question," Tim said gesturing to Myrla's body, "why the black chick look?"

"Easier to blend in and stalk my mark, or rather your mark. Girls tend to be less suspicious of other girls jumping into their lives. Especially if that other girl isn't as hot."

"So you've 'enrolled' in college now? Going to get yourself a nice human education?"

"I thought it would be the best way," Her eyes brightened again, "Oh, I'm also living in the dorms. Joined up with a couple girls in one of the open suites."

"So long as you stay focused I don't care what facade you put up. Just don't do anything outside of the bargain we struck."

"Yes master," Myrla said sarcastically, performing a mock bow. Then all of a sudden she jumped causing Tim to flinch backwards. Myrla laughed, and reached into her bra to remove a cell phone. Looking at the caller ID she turned to Tim and smiled, "Speaking of your girl this is her now. We done? I should probably take this."

"Of course, enjoy your night. Hopefully not too much that I have to come and do something you'll regret."

"Oh don't worry about me," She said making a halo above her head with smoke from her finger, "I'm a little angel."

"Not in this world or the next," Tim said walking away and dismissing her. He looked back only to see Myrla disappear into thin air and suddenly felt himself much more at ease. For some reason she looked to be exerting much more force on this reality than he had given her the ability to do. He suddenly felt less sure of his abilities than he had originally, and resolved to look into the binding spells he had used upon summoning her. In the meantime though, he was going to have a nice dinner and a good long chat with Kim about what was going on.

"Hey girlfriend...uh huh, yep...sure no sweat...meet at your place around 9...of course I wanna pre-game with you...alright 7 then...sweet, what's the occasion tonight?...frat party...uh huh, ok, sure I know just what to wear...don't worry I'm sure no one will notice the new girl, especially with what you just said you were wearing...yep...no, no wear it that's fine...I'm sure figure out how to get that to fit right...alright see you in a bit."

Myrla hung up the phone in her hand and looked at the time on the face. "6:30 doesn't exactly give me a whole lot of time to get ready," Myrla thought as she snapped her fingers. Instantly her modest clothing changed into a jade green mini dress that clung to her curves just enough to get them noticed. Some light jewelry appeared on her neck and ears, as well as a pair of white stiletto heels to complete the ensemble. "Putting clothes on has never really been an issue though. But really, neither has taking clothes off," she thought and smiled taking her time to walk over to Bethany's room for what promised to be a very interesting night.

Part IX

The woman staring back at her in the mirror was a bombshell, and the best part was Bethany knew it. The tight-fitting black dress was open-backed and showed off all her best assets. "Which," she admitted quietly to herself, "is practically all of me." As she stood in front of the mirror she couldn't help squirming a little as her panties rubbed a little against her clit. She would have preferred not to wear them, but nothing else she had would fit right with the dress's length, and it was certainly better than nothing. "Speaking of the dress," Bethany thought as she cupped her breasts through the front of the dress, "I was sure I bought this tight on purpose to show these off. Maybe I was just drunk the last time I wore this and thought they looked bigger than they were. Although Tim couldn't quite take his eyes off of them."

Thinking about Tim sent a pang of guilt through her, and she couldn't figure out why. It wasn't like she owed him anything, he broke up with her. "And it certainly isn't my fault if he couldn't share. This girl's got needs," she thought as she glanced at the bottle of 1800 Tequila and then at the cell phone next to it. She was still slightly confused as to why she called this girl Miranda, it wasn't normally her style to travel to parties with friends, let alone with some new girl. But she had called her just the same, and now was waiting on her to come over.

The knock at the door startled her, and walking over she threw it open. The girl standing in front of her was gorgeous. The jade blouse was loose enough to look casual, but revealed enough to let the imagination run its course at what the rest of the chocolate black cleavage hinted at. The white capri's held tight to the curves and contrary to the blouse left little to the imagination. Her black hair was hanging loosely about her shoulders, and she lunged forward to hug Bethany. "You're so gorgeous, Bethany! I told you that dress would look good on you."

"You're so sweet Miranda." Bethany said trying to pry herself loose from Miranda's grip. "But you don't look to bad yourself."

"You're just saying that," Miranda said letting go of the red-head and taking a peak over her shoulder. "I didn't know we were supposed to bring our own drinks. I'll go get something from my room—"

"No really it's fine Miranda." Bethany said walking over to the end table and grabbing her phone and the bottle, "You and I can share tonight. There should be plenty for both of us. Just let me grab my shoes and we can head over."

***

"You look fine. Now get over there before I take you out to dinner myself."

"Alright, alright," Kim said as she fussed with the shirt Stephanie had picked out during their earlier shopping trip. She couldn't get over how low the neck dropped, and how prominent her breasts looked in their new bra. Looking over at Stephanie and seeing another disapproving look, Kim ran her hands through her straightened hair suppressing the urge to mess it up in her anxious state. She found herself repeating internally, "It's just dinner, and it's Tim. I mean it's not like we're looking to hook up or anything; despite what some people may think." She glanced at Steph who was standing in the doorway to Kim's room.

"Alright I'm ready for this."

"About time. I mean there's fashionably late and then there's just plain late. Sorry to tell you sweetie but you're pushing late."

"How long have I been in here?" Kim asked whirling on the clock.

"About an hour."

"An hour!" Kim said rushing to her closet and pulling out a pair of flats to match the white shirt and jeans she was sporting. "I thought I told you to let me know when it was 6."

"I did like 45 minutes ago."

Kim rushed past Stephanie as she grabbed her purse and cell phone from the couch in the common area. "Alright, alright sure you did. I'll be back later."

"Here's hoping you're not." Stephanie said with a wink.

"Oh can it Steph." Kim said sticking out her tongue as she slammed the door behind her and rushed towards the parking lot.

***

"Wow Bethany, who's your friend?"

"Oh, I'm Miranda I just transferred here and Bethany was nice enough to take me out tonight to show me the night life here."

"Well the parties only go downhill from here." Said the man behind the counter mixing various alcohols into a giant water cooler.

"I always start with the best Rick, you know that." Bethany said with a wink.

"Oh I know you do," Rick said with a smile, then to Miranda he said, "Hope to see you around a little later once things really get rocking."

"Sure thing Rick, I'll keep an eye out." Miranda said returning the smile.

As soon as the two girls were out of earshot Bethany turned to Miranda and whispered, "That's the starting kicker on the football team, trust me don't waste your time."

"Really, he seemed nice." Miranda said confused.

"Nice yes, equipped not really."

"Oh, gotcha." Miranda said eyes widening as she got the meaning. "Geez, I'm glad you're with me tonight, otherwise I'd be totally lost."

"No big deal," Bethany said, taking another sip from her drink. "But another piece of advice for you: stay away from the jungle juice, and keep an eye on that drink. There's a couple of guys here that I wouldn't put it past to try and roofie you."

"Really?" Miranda whispered, and for the umpteenth time tonight Bethany saw the real shock in this girl's eyes. "Maybe bringing her to this sort of party was a bad idea. She's way too hot compared to most of these girls to be this innocent," Bethany thought. "But this is my world, and like hell am I going to take it easy on her. She wanted to come to a party, well she's here, deal."

"Hey Bethany, what are those guys playing over there?"

Bethany's head swiveled to see a group of guys setting up the tell tale pyramids of cups for Beirut. "You've never heard of Beirut?"

"Nope what do you do?"

"What kind of school did you go to?" Bethany asked and seeing the confused look on Miranda's face she shook her head. "Never mind, it's a drinking game where you toss ping pong balls into cups. Why don't you go watch it and figure it out it's not that hard, and it's pretty fun too."

"Oh, cool. I like drinking games I'm usually pretty good at them." Miranda said smiling.

"Alright, well it looks like Brad is taking down names for a tourney. I'll be your partner if you want, I'm really good so don't worry."

"Ok cool, I'll go sign us up."

"Alright I'll catch up with you when it's our turn to play."

"Kay!"

Bethany watched as Miranda practically bounced away, her hips swaying from side to side and her ass jiggling delightfully. Bethany shook her head and walked towards a couple of her friends she saw standing in one corner with a couple of guys around them. She made her way over to her and saw that one of the guys had seen her coming and smiled, "Bethany long time no see."

"It's only been like a week Eli." She said laughing.

"A week too long." He said hugging her as she approached and kissing her on the cheek. "Heard you and that stiff Tim broke up, coming here to find his replacement?"

"Oh and would you take that spot Eli?"

"Who else?" He said taking long chug of the beer in his hand and smiling mischievously.

"Are you already drunk Eli?"

"It's 7 of course I'm drunk. I started around 3, what time did you start?"

"Not early enough for this conversation," Bethany thought. "I'll catch up with you later Eli," Bethany said turning towards her friends who got the hint to ignore Eli's drunken presence.

"Hey Beth, who's the new girl?"

"Oh, that's Miranda. She's a transfer student, wanted to see what a party was like figured I'd bring her along."

"Thought you weren't coming out tonight," said another girl, "You told me earlier you were staying in to recover from last night."

"Ya I know Isabelle, but I changed my mind."

"New girl is pretty hot, Beth, jealous?"

"Anna you know me better than that." She said addressing her friend, "Besides the girl is completely clueless. She asked me what Beirut was."

"Really? I mean...wow."

"Ya, so if you girls don't mind keeping an eye out for her, just don't want her getting into too much trouble."

"Ya guess we can handle that," Isabelle said. Then taking a quick look around she gestured for the other two girls to come closer, "I am trying to get some tonight too you know."

"Alright, I get it. Just don't let her get in over her head." Bethany said taking a look back at Miranda who was flirting with some guy she didn't know. Apparently she convinced him to let her take a shot and tossing the ping pong ball she sunk the final cup. "Hasn't heard of Beirut my ass. Well let's see if I can keep the two of us out of too much trouble," she thought looking back to her friends. Seeing the predatory look on Anna's face when she looked at Miranda was curious. But Bethany brushed it aside as she noticed Isabelle's eyes following a hunk of a man across the room. "Well, maybe having a little fun tonight wouldn't be that bad an idea..."

***

"So I have to ask," Kim began as the waitress finally left with their food orders, "to what do I owe this pleasure?"

"What do you mean?"

"Well, I'm hardly worth the time of day for most guys. Why are you so suddenly interested?"

Tim smiled and ran his finger around the rim of his glass of water. "I wouldn't say it's sudden interest."

Kim saw the intricacies of the tattoo on his hand beneath the sleeve of his button up shirt. She up until this point had held her hands out of sight, and when she needed to, made sure that she used the hand without the tattoo. She wasn't sure how Tim would react, but she sure as hell wasn't going to bring it up if she didn't have to.

"What I mean to say Kim," Tim continued, still looking at the glass, "is that you and I have a connection. Something that not a lot of people can say they have."

"Oh? And what would that be? I mean we hardly know each other. Sure you and my ex were friends and we met a couple times but-"

Tim laughed, and Kim immediately closed her mouth, knowing she was blushing furiously. "Why do I always ramble on like that?" She thought.

"It has little to do with that," Tim said and then almost as an afterthought, "although I certainly wouldn't mind getting to know you better. It's mainly about what I showed you earlier."

"Ya, about that-"

"I wanted to apologize." Tim blurted out stopping her, "I shouldn't have done that; even if you are a summoner."

Kim's eyes went wide. As they should," she thought, "since he's not supposed to know that I know that already." She replied to Tim's questoin with an innocent, "What do you mean?"

"I mean I'm not the only one here who can summon demon's and what-not into this world. With the proper training you could too."

Kim looked at Tim blankly, not quite sure how she should respond. But her silence sent Tim a message anyways, "Alright, this was a bad idea. I'm sorry, let's just forget the whole thing and finish dinner like friends and af-"

"No!" Kim blurted out, startling Tim. Recovering she continued, "I mean, are you offering to teach me?"

"Well...I guess I could. I mean usually people like us are taught from the very beginning about what we are. That's kinda why I'm apologizing, because you clearly haven't. I just assumed you had when I brought you out there to that warehouse. And that was wrong of me and I'm sorry."

"Look Tim, it's ok. I mean, what you did was...well, out of this world. And how you calmly handled that succubus and put her in her place. And then all the bindings and rules, you had her backed up against a wall. It was so cool."

Kim finally looked up from her tray, and saw that it was Tim who was now blushing slightly, which in turn made her blush again. "God I'm like some fan girl," she thought her mind racing.

"Well, that took a lot of practice, and luckily I had some family history with Myrla so it was easier." He said smiling, "They aren't all that easy, trust me. I've seen some that go bad, and those are not pretty."

"Alright, well since we're on the subject," Kim said, "Why didn't you let her know our names?"

"A name is a huge piece of power in bargaining with demons," Tim began. "A name has power to control, be it human, demon, plant, animal, knowing something's true name is a huge responsibility."

"So, if I'm a summoner, how come I can't control you even though I know your name?"

"Because Tim isn't my real name," Tim said looking across the table curiously. Then a little worry crept into his voice, "You do have a real name right?"

"Um..."

Tim groaned and his mouth worked but no sound came out. He looked about ready to speak when the waitress arrived with the food. Tim thanked the waitress and then stared at his food as if still searching for an answer.

Kim wasn't in the mood to wait, especially the way this was going. "So you're real name isn't Tim?"

"No, that's the name I was given by my grandfather who taught me. Pretty much since I was 6 that's been my name," He sighed, "I'm sorry I assumed you had one, this could be a problem."

"How it's not like I'm ever going to meet Myrla again." Kim said suddenly angry at the turn of the mood. "I'll be damned if I let that demonic bitch ruin my night," she thought and then smirked.

"What's so funny?" Tim asked.

"Nothing."

Tim smiled, "You know 'nothing' in girl talk usually means 'I'm going to be a super bitch and be pissed off at the universe.'"

Kim couldn't help but laugh.

"I have an older sister you know," Tim said, "helps to have someone to teach you how to be nice to the ladies."

"You have an older sister? Why did I not know that?"

"Well she's nothing special..." Tim continued onwards and Kim was glad for it. "Well, here goes nothing Steph," Kim thought, "let's see what we can do to get this little date back on its feet."

***

"These mortals have invented the strangest games since I was last here," Myrla thought as she sipped at the cup in her hands. "Although it hardly comes close to the stuff we have on the other side, they've done pretty well for themselves." Myrla couldn't help but look around the room at the various men and their poor attempts at seduction. Clearly the ratio of men to women was heavily slid in the favor of the women, but that didn't seem to stop the guys around her from crowding in to see if they could cop a feel.

"It seems I picked a good form to take, although most of the guys here are much more interested in Bethany." Myrla looked over to the girl who was now surrounded by almost half a dozen guys all of them looking to gain her attention in some way or another. Bethany was throwing her attention to all of them equally so that none of them would become disinterested or look for other pursuits elsewhere. And from what Myrla could tell these were what one would consider the alpha males of the group.

"She certainly is good at what she does, and doesn't even have any demon blood to her name." Just then a smile crept onto Myrla's lips. "Oh that's good demon blood." She thought, before turning to her own crowd of young men, "Excuse me boys, I need to get myself a refill."

With that she excused herself from the table and made her way to the bar table. A second water cooler full of jungle juice had been brought out and was practically full to the brim. Since it was barely 9 they were probably expecting a full night's worth of drinking ahead still. Myrla walked over to the water cooler and making sure no one was watching dropped one hand behind her back. Her spiked tail snaked from her behind, quickly disappearing back into her human disguise. Lifting her hand she saw a small cut on her fingertip, a single drop of blood resting on it.

She lifted the finger over the water cooler's open top and tapped gently to let the single drop fall into the mixture of alcohols and fruit juices. Satisfied with her work, she blew gently on her finger to close the wound. "Now I just have to make sure I don't drink any of this stuff. Succubus blood is quite the aphrodisiac even for my kind. I can only imagine what kind of fun these mortals will have now-"

"Hey Miranda," Bethany yelled breaking Myrla out of her thoughts, "It's our turn to play Beirut. You ready to show these guys how it's done?"

"Oh ya this'll be fun!" She yelled back watching as a couple guys came over to fill a half dozen cups with the new and improved jungle juice. "Oh honey, the fun is just about to get started," Myrla smiled wickedly.
