I like the story. It is different than other incest stories. In fact I feel sorry for Mark but I am happy that he finds love with Emily.

I liked this story, but I think you missed a step in the build up. We only got indication that Mark lusted after Emily once they had already started kissing and being intimate. A couple of paragraphs mentioning he had interest in her would have bridged that better.
