Interesting premise. I get the impression that English is not your first language? The idiomatic expression “Generally talking” should be “Generally speaking”. A few other nuances like that should be edited. Another nitpick, but pick one term for magic: Astrality, Astral Capacity, mana, or whatever, and keep to that. I personally like mana, as it is somewhat universal.

An intriguing setup for what could be an ongoing quest for supremacy in all area of the 'education' that Welldark will impose on the students. I also suspect this is 1the beginning of an awesome alliance.
