Behind him the book slammed itself shut. Isabelle pushed herself up, went to him, fell to her knees and wrapped her arms around him. He pulled her close and kissed the top of her head.
"We did it," she whispered.
"Lass," She looked up at him. His eyes were full of happy tears. "Say it again for me."
She smiled. "I love you."

Anonymousover 3 years agoUsually when I become really invested in a good read and characters become more familiar, I start putting faces on the characters in the story. Right now, knowing how mysterious and handsome Alasdair is, I can only think of Jude Law. ✨Jude Law is Alasdair✨🧝🏻❤️ ✨Liv Tyler is Isabelle✨🤰🏻✨Cate Blanchett is grandma faerie queen✨🧝🏻♀️ And ✨Pierce Brosnan as Bernie✨🧝🏻♂️

Such a great read, I’m seriously hooked! I’m so excited to continue and see how everything turns out in the end if Alasdair chooses to stay with Isabelle, or return back to his realm😥😥😥🙏

My focus was taken up by my other story, Devil Mine, for a while but Alasdair and Isabelle will be back very soon.
