Liked the story felt like it left the reader hanging at the end

It is a nice feel good story, but the story is not smooth and needs a lot more work. Not sure about the editing, but this story is a bit of a struggle to read. Maybe early high school level but certainly not a level of a finished author and presuming the editer is no better by the looks of this. The transitions throughout the story are not smooth leave a lot to be desired.

I had two very good editors edit this for me. But, I always make changes after I receive the edits. Unfortunately I didn't catch my mistakes till after the story was posted. I do believe it is a good story, sorry about the errors. I'll try harder next time. Thanks to all for reading my stories and taking the time to comment.

Solid story! Well done! I've read most of your stories and enjoyed, each and every one. This one did not disappoint. It may not be as salacious as thousands of othesr on LIT, but it had several key elements near to this reader's heart; love, courage, family, commitment and a working man's justice. If your write them like this, then I'll love every word. Finn

Solid story, well written, good characters and dialogue. Small drama no major plot twist just entertaining good read. So I am sure Anonymous will hate this story so I will give 5 stars just for that reason. Overall solid writing and it is a Romance so fits it perfectly.

What happened to the two aggressive idiots? They are mentioned again briefly, but then no more. Did the father-in-law have them 'eliminated', I wonder?!
