@ScottishTexan, I can't understand your two-star vote. This story is written very well, has a nice flow, barely any typos, and a sound logic in its small bubble of funnily warped reality. Those should be the things a story is measured at, not (!) personal tastes and preferences.

You yourself are an author on this site, and your stories are ranked quite high, too, so you actually should know better. 🤷‍♂️
