thanks for the journey~
for Me with this morning's piece. I quote, "Self doubt invades the soul when separated from the love that makes us whole". The essence of this verse is piquant; simplistic, yet the fragrance lingers with metaphoric pungency through the balance of the work. I especially enjoyed walking down this path with you today. throughout this piece and offers me revel in the mix of the reflective and of the present. that is my take...could be wrong. these lines are my faves:
Self doubt invades the soul
when separated from the love that
makes us whole.
"The person old in days won't hesitate
to ask a little child seven days old
about the place of life, and that person will live.
It is amazing what you can do with words. Like a couple of the others I loved the 'Self doubt invades...' stanza.
Setting aside for the moment the other images contained herein, I prefer to focus on the element of rebirth embodied in Spring. Very nicely done.
