Sensuous and ecstatic line-weaving, here. I really like your tropes and use of "intuitive association", Tzara. Reminds one of the decadent poets blended with the late Imagists, as well as Catullus. Bravo.

Such lovely phrasing though I'm not sure I get how the half-night of wistfulness--a great phrase--would enable you to excavate roots more easily. Yeah I know it's an allusion; I think maybe "strong enough" is throwing me. Maybe there's something more precise to express what you mean. "brave enough"? But really it's lovely and I adore the ending. The tone is so delicate and yearny. Recommended in today's New Poems reviews.
