One nitpick though: first you say there have been cases of humans and orcs interbreeding, then you say they keep sex slaves to prevent pregnancy. Are humans and orcs cross-fertile or not? Or did you mean just the penis-packing orcs use the sex slaves? This seems like either a mistake to be corrected, or an ambiguity to be cleared up.
