You will have to forgive me if I am wrong in my assumption however, this story bore the appearance of having been typed and submitted in a time frame that was entirely too quick. If you continue writing you should go back over your work carefully for punctuation. That may not seem like a big deal to some people, while to others it's the difference between if they read past the first sentence or hit the back button.
