For a loving couple, they are not talking. She jumps right in with Nancy without any discussion. Yes, Scott gets caught up in the feeling (of course), but WTF?? The wife admitted to an affair, and was going to try and set up a tryst with Marie, that fell through and Nancy is there to fuck them silly???

Seriously? No discussions about this at all with Scott and she wants to jump in a threesome. He may love her, but please, no one can process this so quickly. Erotically written, pleasant to read, but the aftermath better be a payoff. Scott just accepting it (like her confession in chapter 13), is way out of character. She was the one jumping all over him for even looking at Bess. Here she is not giving a care in the world to her husband (who she cheated on).

I am not part of the BTB crowd, but there must be some talk between partners. And from here, there was none.
