I totally understand where the heroine is coming from, I come from a Indo-Paki Muslim family and I fell in love with an African man from Nigeria. Imagine the day he introduced me to his Christian parents. They told me that I could not marry their son, ever, it was taboo and they wouldn't allow it while they were alive. Today we are married with two sons, twin daughters on the way. Love does conquer all ;)
