This is very good and definitely needs continuing. That said, SIR kinda gives me the creeps a bit... ;D. You have a unique style and have given him one also. Just be careful to given him some personality and characteristics beyond the exacting checklists. I can understand him having developed this way of sorting out the serious from the wannabees. Once he has her, (now that he has her?) I hope their interactions are more than pass/fail exercises. That would wear down slave and readers alike.

Does he own that restaurant to have such free reign? Now I'll be looking for X's on the floors when I go out...
