I've read this story a few times, it is one of my all-time-favourites. It has the lot as far as I am concerned. A beautiful story, very well-written.

A classic theme -- the at-odds couple (in this case, he's repulsed) transformed into romantic, sexual attraction. But, my heavens, so well done. And starting from so far apart that she has to blackmail and practically kidnap him. The transformation so gradually and nicely laid our for us.

So well written that I did not once stub my mental toe over a misspelling or grammar gaff.

I guess it does not go without saying, since I'm saying it: 5 stars.
