You obviously missed the point of the story. It's a shame that men like you think that humilating a woman and pressing for sexual favours in the work place is ok and shouldn't be taken seriously. It's Neanderthals such as yourself who need to have their morals re-adjusted.

The "little guys" - repair people, janitorail staff, bottom rung security guards - nobody really pays attention to them, but they often know what's happening before anyone else. They hear what the higher ups say because of the attitude of "It's just the janitor." And that gets them into big trouble.

Advice to a star: "Be nice to the little people on your way up. You'll meet them again on your way down."

And yes, a lot of the little people are whistle blowers. Unfortunately they are often shut up, dismissed, or transferred by higher ups that want to cover up...

One of the best stories of this type I've ever read. Short, but oh so sweet.
