It would be good of him to find leverage agianst him to sheild her. Then he can decide about what to do with his boss. Perhaps a romance?

If he plans and executes a revenge, she will deprived of something she obviously LOVES..... He can't leave work every time she does and hide out to watch in impotent arousal....He COULD (somehow) dispose of the Dom and take over as his Boss' Master and incorporate her office and his as part of the relationship.... make the compromise irreversible and complete!!
