I must confess that I really like your writing style, although I wonder at times about the need to list Pippa's possessions in such detail. Clearly she enjoys her heritage and the "things" she has been given and you did mention she is a detail oriented person in this latest chapter.

The conversations with herself and the pet names remind me of a few women I have known and liked. Looking forward to the next chapter.

Okay, pet peeve of mine- I don't like it when grown women call their parents mummy and daddy, but hey, that's just me. This is going well...
