great psychological drama

The main character, Charmaine, experiences feelings of guilt and emotional turmoil along with her romantic escapades. A very sympathetic heroine, (not anti-heroine), she comes off as an almost (but not quite) tragic figure in this ongoing drama. As always the story is well-written, with beautifully descriptive love scenes that are never boring or repetitive, and are actually integral to the overall development of the plot. Although the author does not say so, this reviewer recommends reading Fiery Redhead next. Five Stars.
