Thank you for your comments. And I'd highly recommend you check out the Russian baths sometime.
It's not uncommon to see women go topless, and sometimes they'll forego the awful, ugly shorts and just wrap a towel around their waste. It's a good place to flash, and the guys never complain.
My favorite thing is the showers. It's super-easy to "forget" to close them all the way, and "accidentally" put on a show.
