You need an editor. You have a decent enough storyline, but mis-spellings and tangled descriptions make it difficult to read. You also need to put yourself into the heads of more of your characters. Would any elite fighters go into action willingly with armaments supplied by an academic? That's the appearance from their briefing at Oxford. And no mention of knives?

Get an editor and keep writing. You have excellent prospects for growing into a first class author!
