Anonymousover 5 years agoIt always seems to me that Mr. Collins is underestimated. He must have known very well that Charlotte Lucas was marrying for security rather than romance. Just imagine her feelings of distaste when the reality of her situation was "driven home" on her wedding night. Having been raised to be prim and proper she must now open her mouth, her legs and her bottom for her rampant husband. To be mounted , penetrated, fingered, sucked and worse must have been a nightmare for her....
