That no pleasure, let alone an erection would have been possible considering the scenario. When she was forced to release him, I'm thinking he beats the crap out of her and throws her out, permanently. Not a damn thing erotic or relaxing about this. She'd be lucky if he didn't kill her. Poorly thought out plotline, poorly delivered without enough back ground information to understand (or set the scene properly) their actions. And you really need either a good proof reader or an editor. All-in-all just terrible.
