If Melody has never been with a white man before then how could she have a daughter (Cambria) that was half white half black that just doesnt make any sense to me. Goood on the whole and please continue the story but sort out the holes in it

Well Authoress, a talented effort in many ways. Yes there was the color issue but as it should be it was ancillary to the story. An addition not a distraction.<P>

I love to read about white men who love black women. I thought this story was great, but I find myself wanting more to it, like will they try and form a relationship or was this just a one time thing and if they do continue, how do they deal with their forbidden love. It was SO erotic!

I like stories about interracial sex but I like this genre the most when the story is wrapped around a difficult subject - in this case, being poor, Black and living in Mississippi during the Depression. This author conveys the appropriate atmosphere of the times. Can't you just feel how impossible the love between Melody and John must have been back in the Old South of 1936? Don't you just cheer when these two get together? It's such forbidden fruit, as opposed to Strange Fruit, that you know that it's going to be great when they finally get it on. The author does not disappoint with the sex. A well-put together story.

Well CaliSatinDoll, that was by far one of the best interracial stories I ever read....right out of my own fantasies, and then some. I sincerely hope you will write more.

What a well written story and of course,my fantasy with a black woman. It really makes one wonder why we have racism. I think their is nothing more erotic than a black woman.I guess I'll just go on dreaming about "my" black girl mmmmm !
