I like that they are both very vulnerable but strong. Your descriptions (physical and emotional) are all so simple in the best of ways-clear, evocative, compelling. I am enjoying this so much and want to throw a bazillion questions and ideas at you. I'm going to bite my lip and sit on my hands and wait..........

I almost had that heart attack when i read about the tentacles over Dee's abdomen. MY GAWWD. I really did not expect that! Goodness gracious. I thought he was human. And I thought the "something" that was sliding over Sys was his hair. SHEESH.
