This series is by far one of my favorite stories of all time so keep it going. I don't think that I will ever forget this series either. What's so great about it is that it really does read like a New York Best Seller novel.

I'm in the queue with the others wondering when the story will be continued. You've written a good tale, with or without the sex. That's the best kind. It just needs to be completed.

I read alot of fantasy books, and have a wild imagination myself. Coming across this series has given me alot of ideas that have expanded he way I view alot of elements of fiction. Keep this series going, you've already hooked people in and the story is just getting good. Personally I belive a fair number of people read these stories for the sexual stimulation, but your story is Grade A with or without the sex.

Keep it coming! (you could be inspiering new authors you never know!)

First of all I love this story, just love it. The concept and idea is fresh and original, and the characters very likable, and the struggles of the people relatable. I honestly think that if you toned down the sex a notch and fleshed out the story a bit more, you would have a prime story for a novel, and very easily a series. Just my opinion

Have read all three chapters of The Artifact. Sir, I have to tell you so far "fucking phenomenal", that is the only verbiage that comes to mind, the sex is better than some worse than others but the story wowowowowowowowowow!

this story saddens me because im pretty sure that this will never be finished witch, for a story of this caliber, is the worst possible fate for the readers who will forever wonder what will happen next. Doc if you reading this, finish this story for all of us poor helpless readers who can't do anything but try to convince you to keep writing.

Just read all three chapters of your story, and thoroughly enjoyed them. I can see lots of directions for this to continue in, and really hope that you do continue it. Eventually, it will need more back story and convergent plot lines to bring together the origins/history of other artifacts of power and how their stories converge with Jack's. He has already begun to build a harem, now he needs to establish a base of operations from which to grow in power, wealth, and influence. I can see many directions in which it can go - perhaps you might invite other authors to join in. If you do, please do your readers a favor and prepare a story bible for their reference, to ensure continuity and compatibility of story lines as they merge and cross.

No you cant stop where is chapter 4, 5, 6 and 7 to tell you the truth you should publish a book seriously awesome story make sure you tell all of us if you do.. this would make an awesome movie.

Reading and writing you a Comment . I understand the story is at a critical stage and the next Chapter could reveal alot of things like Sarah onstage and Julie & Kathy being assistants to him. but it seems kind of frustrating to read and end with no conclusion. what is in Scottsdale and how do things turn out for everyone Considering he will most likely get the Evil guys Women that will make 5 at least.

Thanks so much for taking the time to write this. It is because of people like you that I enjoy coming to sites like this to read. I read some of the comments, it appears you went into surgery at some point in time. I wish you the best with that. If you really wanted to, I think you could turn this into a novel and publish it. If you get the chance and feel well enough to finish the story, I urge you to do so. I stayed up until two just to finish this, and i have classes. This is as i said Totally Awesome. If you cant finish the story, then thanks so much for writing what you have. I really enjoyed my sunday because of this.

If you do not like unfinished stories, do not read Alan by julian, in with the simiar stories. He wrote ch. 28 on 06/03/06 and the story is still not done.

I know it's been years, but I would love to read more.

Hurry up! The conflict is coming and we are interested in this as a story. Not just as stroke material (though it is good stroke material). Take a hint or 3 from Jim Butcher.com. He has written a guide to writing on his website. To ramp up the tension u need to know more about the bad guy. A great show, followed by the poker game is an obvious next chapter. But kidnapping Julie (with whom are hero has a special bond) and making her a victim of some sexual torture or gangbang would make us realize how bad the evil consequences could be. Chasing her around the country is a good method of raising the tension for a long series. This is almost worth publishing but don't let that carrot lead to a sell out of your vision. Can wait to see what you decide to do.

He was going in for a possible operation and since he has not been back in over 3 years he probably didn't survive, so doubtful this will ever be finished unless another writer attempts it. If one does please post where to find that ending here in the comment section of this story please.

IF someone did read the profile: the last modification was in 2012, so the last comment at least is a rumor only. There are to many reasons, why an author stopped writing, so just let us hope, he will find the time, strength and will to continue his stories.

This story series seems very cut and paste. Take waitress and insert hotel desk clerk or resturant patron. Hotel to casino etc... In addition, having mind contol over inatimate objects such as slots or a roulette wheel does seem problematic.

I thought if you would have taken the reader to more varied locales Jack could could have run into more varied encounters. Instead of staying in Las Vagus for most the story the rural area may have fit in with the Viet Nam theme.

Simply loved it. I'll go so far as to say this is among my favorites on the site. Keep the story going.

Your story has many appeals!! He is a Veteran that tries to make a difference with his fellow vets !! In the City of Sin , He tries to help people even in the Show buisness He helps them ; but he is also being helped and used at the same time By the Artifact , most people cannot see this !! Keep up the Great Story line ; and ignore people like timelord1963 ; when there is a talent that can outshine their own it frustrates them to no end!!!

This was one of the 1st stories I read when I found this site back in '09, and I've been waiting for more chapters ever since.

But, considering how you said "in 6 months" when you wrote the The Orgasm Powered Car back in 2010... it's looking like something went wrong.

Almost four years is a long wait for chapter 4! Am I correct in assuming that chapter 4 might never appear? You last logged in to your account in April 2010, and your last posting was March 2010 - not too promising for a chapter 4 to be posted. This is a true disappointment as The Artifact is an original and well written story with just the right amount of sex, coupled with a Great Plot and Character development!

I hope that sometime in the near future that you will write 3 to 4 more chapters. What I've read so far makes me want to have an 'Artifact', so I can influence you into finishing this story. It's 2013 now so a 4 year wait is more punishment than teasing. Please put me out of my misery!

The writing in some ways is not outstanding, however the story does suck you in as you can see from all the positive comments. This one felt a bit more rushed than the last two, the others had a bit more detail and depth to them.

My surgery several years ago had several complications. Since my last post, I've been in either a hospital or skilled nursing facility for a total of more than a year and a half. I've been unable to write due the medication I've been taking.

It's taken years to get to this point. When I checked literotica, someone had reported this chapter as being word for word identical to chapter 2. I just resubmitted without changes.

I hope to be able to write again within a couple of months.

I've read this chapter before, knew the every thing that he was going to go through and the job. hell I already had it scored with 5 stars. So, I'm not sure what gives but I'm still waiting to find out about the show and the battle.

I stumbled upon this series 5 hours ago and i can honestly say that i am thrilled with it. I've never experienced strong emotions whenever i read stories here, i just read for the sake of reading but this is something else! Especially when i read about sarahs story, I could feel the nervousness building inside of me! Ive never been a fan of humiliation play, i would never treat a woman like that not in a million years! I became so unconfortable when i read about her story and was actually quite angry about what her sister obviously forced on her, even if she didnt know she wanted it...no one should be allowed to humiliate another human being...hut i digress.

Your story is great and i love how you've built it up until now. 5* from me, even if i didnt like that part with the humiliation, the overall chapter was fantasticly written.

i am pleased to see an addition made recently there are many great writers on this site but too many of them leave really great stories unfinished. Please continue your amazing story and let all of us find out the ending to it.

I was so glad when I saw this chapter released. This had been one of my favorite stories on the site, and I was ecstatic to see it continued. So many of the authors I love reading on here stopped writing, at least for a long time. It is a relief to see that some of them come back.
