"I would be very happy if you will work with Tony on whatever needs to be fixed. I gave him authorization to contract out the work on my behalf and do whatever it takes to get the place back in the condition it was, when we left." I said to Joanna.

The detective looked at Joanna and said, "We've taken samples of shoe prints we found outside that match the boots the intruders had on. I don't know who the Morrison's have pissed off, but the guys we have in custody are some real professional mercenaries. All of you are lucky you're still alive. Joanna smiled at the detective and said, "I'm working towards it. I have to get out of the jail duty first."

Joanna walked the detective to the front door and he said, "If I need anything more, I'll call you and have you open the gate for me. After I leave, make sure you know who's coming in your gate. I don't think this is over. Like I said these guys are professionals."

Joanna stood on the porch and watched all the cops get in their cars and start down the driveway. When the last car disappeared Joanna pulled off her tank top and walked back in the house. Tony was still on the phone in the kitchen talking to various contractors. Joanna looked at Patty and said, "I really need a shower, I'm going to go take one."

"We have contacted both Dan and Ted but as you know both are in Germany and too far away in case something else happens. After plenty of debate in our office we've decided to let you know, we have your back. We are part of a security group who has volunteered our time and expertise to help protect Terri, Hanna and Jeff Simpson. We told Dan we would maintain our surveillance on both his and Jeff Simpson's residence while he was away."
