Revenge - once free he tracks them down and sells the to human traffickers, then takes the drug research and opens a penile growth clinic (with the seed money from selling them) and becomes a billionaire.

The Talking was strange, too much scientific explanation chopped up and sprinkled through trying to build suspense. It just made the whole thing un-sexy?!?

I don't know how to explain it maybe the man hating lesbian was a bad choice I'm not sure but i like the Idea but maybe some build up or maybe a clearer easier to follow explanation.

and definitely an actual ending there are so many possibilities of how this could end.

but I think it ended how it did because you wrote yourself into a corner and couldn't figure a way out.
