I listened twice, I think you drew the poem from a picture or sight? I am unsure of the exact point of the poem? SNOW?

stringing clever description together, and forgot that the purpose of a poem is to convey meaning.

Got my attention, visually striking esp with the first stanza

A revealing look at a planned ride from D.C.,

Across the Potomac to Crystal City.

{though I always thought the place was rather sterile}
