Moonlight bouncing
Gleaming and shining
Her scars and broken shards
A hideous display

Oceans of salty water
Splashing and caressing
Attempts at covering and washing
Them clean
Or maybe,
just wash them out to sea

Eyes of emerald
Like a beacon shining bright
What may be hideous to some
Is his delight.

With arms of armor
Heart of love
Soul of light
His feathery fingertips
Give her beauty, Grace, peace
and light

He found his purpose
She found her safety
Forever entwined
In love, harmony
And home.

Oh, I like this! Romantic and passionate, a sensuous healing and yearning....
