Whilst I was reading that I started singing to the original rock tune. Because I am old enough to remember it, sadly. 4 stars ( I'm not really into poetry).

I love it! And I told you about the gunners on AC-130's and this song, It'll come up again in my stormwatch series. But actually the best laugh on this page is Devilboby's comment "I started singing to the original rock tune. Because I am old enough to remember it," WAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Ghost Riders was written in 1948 by American cowboy Stan Jones, ten years before Rock was even popularized. A copy of the original Ghost Riders: A Cowboy Legend performed by Stan Jones and his Death Valley Rangers 1948 on vinyl will cost you $800, I don't think Devilboby is thinking of the 1961 Lawrence Welk release but the 1980 Outlaws version which I believe is the 10th release, far from original)

You done good Rusty, I'm going to try to wedge a bit of this into my plane ride along with your moniker

I don't know what they call it down in your parts, but this gave me a song virus. Or an earworm. It's going to haunt me all day.

Fie on you, Russ! Fie, I say! :-D
