Excellent!

An excellent poem. I loved the imagery in this, esp lines such as 'my wax paper life' lots of colour here 'ruddy red cheeks''pumpkin orange hair'and 'pale yellow skin'

The different perspective seen here is good as is the rythmn. Great stuff!

You

managed to bring all those colors to life, even as I stare at them out my kitchen window. Now if I only didn't have to rake them..sigh. Great job.

Just like the season. There's an undertone of sadness, the imagery here is lovely... thanks for sharing this one!

Ah, but Sack has a serious side too and it is shared with deliberate precision in this work. Well done.

The falling leaves...

Captures the life cycles of Fall leaves ~ loved the almost visual images of red, orange, yellow leaves as they finally break down in nature's eternal way. Next year it will be ~ "Welcome Sweet Springtime," all over again.
