This reversal at the end is very nicely done, and really makes the poem sing. The imagery that precedes it just gradually prepares the reader for the twist.

My only other thought was that vampire imagery has become so commonplace that one needs to ratchet up the erotic imagery to make it effective. But that is not really your purpose here: you are telling us what we know very well in a new way.
