Hello there, new author!

Congrats on your very first submission and a warm welcome on your discovery of the poetry section here on Literotica! This is a sad American haiku, but a very bold and ambitious undertaking stringing together 9 meters to make a one. I like risk taking writers and look forward to reading more of your poems.

That unfortunately happen on a global wide like epidemic business and human degradation ….. the most unbelievable or hurtful or saddening or wasting or just name it, is, that humans are predators and need wars as a daily bread ….. its our genetic and we won’t changed, EVER …… we have done do it and it happen in the future …… greed power sex, the three pillars of a human society ….. yes im lucky, the most outstanding time in middle Europe was 80’s 90’s until 2010 and i was a witnesser …… but my heart and soul is broken about the happenings in the last 25 years and the enormously greed to destroy everything without a thought, oh sorry one thought MONEY is left over …. This global energy balance is broken

Than you Candy for talking about and this lovely sad poem

I almost feel sorry for the clueless gen-z etc. idiots... well, not really LOL A traumatic even is when they couldn't get the latest iPhone the day it came out. The thing about being old is that one's expectations are a lot lower and the things they "need" are just gadgets their grandparents never had and still don't care about.

The thing about that new iPhone etc. is that materialism never ends well.

How I wish I could say I disagree. At 60 I remember a lot of things the kids now have no clue about. Don’t see things getting better either

Clever, love the twist on haiku. Each "stanza" succinct, telling, and leading to the subsequent one. Excellent!
