The story has a nice start in the first 2 chapters, but went downhill from there. Time skips are not clearly indicated. The pregnancy twists are out of nowhere, and very confusing. Katie is even more confusing as she randomly jumped into Sean's life. Worse of all, Sean seems very indifferent toward Katie, compared to Mary in early chapter.

How many babies did he father whilst in the hospital bed seems the ladies were queuing up to get pregnant with him.
