A few things, which I hope will make it easy for you to write another story;

1) Handcuffs are easier/quicker to use to restrain someone.

2) If it is women who have a man secured on his back, seems like one could straddle his face with her pussy to keep him quiet.

3) If he doesn't cum quickly, the women could always have a competition to see who can make him cum.

4) Everyone's cell phone has a camera these days. No sense not getting some pictures while he's restrained.
