The wife went from no sex, to having sex with him, and now she wants to fuck outside the marriage with or without her husbands permission. This is a very abrupt, getting sexy in her marriage doesnt mean fucking outside her marriage. It is indicative of real trouble in the marriage. It would seem she is trying to set her husband up with the next door neighbor as her "excuse" to become a slut and have an affair.
